Kevin Gray, husband to a lovely wife, father of 4 terrific children, founder and president of Residential Designs by Kevin Gray in 1984.
Kevin attended Texas A&M University in Galveston. Afterward he received his certification in professional building design with the American Institute Building Design. Kevin has designed many of the most prolific estates in North Florida and as far away as Seattle, Washington. His clientele includes some of the most well respected and renowned professionals as well as celebrities and professional athletes.
Kevin sits on the technical advisory committee for F.C.C.J. and is heavily involved with the local education, awareness, and definitions of fine architecture. He also heads architectural review boards for many of the areas most distinguished communities. Kevin has a profound appreciation for architecture ranging from classic, true-style, to contemporary; these have made him one of the most well-known designers in all of Florida.

Bryan Vargo

Bryan graduated in 1993 from University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Architecture. He has been an asset to our company since 1995 and is now a Head Designer. Bryan's expertise is envisioning and creating luxury estates, as well as his diversity in the commercial field.

Dan attended Florida Community College and has been part of our success since 1997. His expertise lies within designing sprawling estates with exceptional and unique architectural elements as well as his vast knowledge in the commercial field.
Art DePaolo

Art received his Associate of Arts in Computer Aided Drafting and currently studying in the field of Building Construction. Art has been part of our success since 2002. His strengths are custom interior furnishings, architectural design and civil layout/design.
Kathryn Tucker

Kathryn joined Residential Designs in 2003 and acts as Administrative Assistant for our office. She holds two Associate Degrees which are in business and in management. Kathryn, originally from South Carolina, is a freelance photographer, just one of the many reasons she is an imperative advantage to our team.
