Kevin Gray, married to his lovely wife Cynthia since 1984, father of 4 terrific children, founder of the former Residential designs by Kevin Gray from 1984-2007 and now president of Kevin Gray Design Group established in 2008. Afterward he received his NCBDC certification(no. 10-205) from the American Institute of Building Design (AIBD).

Kevin has designed many of the most prolific estates in North Florida and as far away as as Seattle, Washington and San Salvador, Bahamas. His personal clientele have included some of the most well respected and renowned professionals as well as celebrities and professional athletes.

Kevin sits on the technical advisory committee for Florida State College at Jacksonville and is very involved with the local education, awareness, and definitions of fine architecture. He also heads architectural review boards for many of the areas most distinguished communities. Kevin has a profound appreciation for architecture ranging from classic, true-style, to contemporary; these have made him one of the most well-known designers in all of Florida.
